Website Use

Tee Time Reservations
Tee times may be reserved online or through the golf shop.
To ensure fair access for all guests:
All tee times confirmed by the booking party are the responsibility of that party. A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
Tee times must be canceled or adjusted at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. Cancellations made prior to the 12-hour window are eligible for a full refund.
Reservations canceled within 12 hours of the tee time, as well as no-shows or short-shows, will result in the full applicable green fee being charged to the credit card on file.
Failure to remit payment for no-show or late cancellation fees may result in forfeiture of tee time booking privileges in the future.
In the event of weather disruptions that prevent completion of the round, rain checks may be issued on a prorated basis based on the number of holes played.
Indian Creek utilizes Noteefy to manage automated waitlists, tee time confirmations, and notifications for last-minute openings.
Tee time booking windows – Tee times can be booked online up to 10 days in advance. Payment methods accepted: Cash, AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Checks are not accepted.
Course & Facility Conduct
Indian Creek Golf Course is committed to providing a welcoming environment for all guests.
Guests are expected to:
- Follow posted course rules and safety guidelines
- Observe dress code standards appropriate for golf
- Operate golf carts safely and responsibly
- Respect staff, fellow guests, and property
Indian Creek reserves the right to refuse service or remove individuals who engage in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct.
Golf Cart Policy
Golf carts must be operated in a safe and responsible manner. Operators should possess a valid driver’s license and follow all posted cart rules, including designated cart paths and restricted areas.
Guests are responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of carts or equipment.
Food & Beverage Policies
Indian Creek offers food and beverage service through our on-site dining and snack facilities.
To maintain quality and safety standards:
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved by management.
- Alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Indian Creek and may only be consumed in designated areas.
- Valid identification is required for alcohol service, and management reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with applicable laws.
Event Reservations
Indian Creek hosts weddings, corporate gatherings, tournaments, and community events.
Event bookings require:
- A signed event agreement
- Applicable deposits to secure the reservation date
- Compliance with venue policies and guidelines
Additional event terms, including cancellation policies, food and beverage minimums, and vendor requirements, are outlined in individual event agreements.
Weather & Course Conditions
Golf and outdoor events are subject to weather and course conditions.
Indian Creek reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel play due to weather, maintenance, or safety considerations. Decisions regarding course playability are made at the discretion of course management.
Assumption of Risk
Golf and outdoor recreation involve inherent risks, including errant golf balls, uneven terrain, and weather conditions.
By entering the property and participating in activities at Indian Creek Golf Course, guests assume these risks and agree to hold Indian Creek harmless for injuries or damages resulting from ordinary participation in golf or related activities.
Photography & Media
Indian Creek Golf Course may photograph or record activities on the property for promotional or marketing purposes. Guests who prefer not to appear in promotional materials may notify management.
