2026 Employee Golf Discount Policies

Golf and practice access are privileges, not rights, available only to actively employed staff. In order to receive golf privileges, you must present your employee discount card & valid ID at check-in.

Playing Rates:

• 9 Holes: $5
• 18 Holes: $10
• Guest Rate: $20 (up to 3 guests, max 2x month)
• Range Balls: Complimentary for staff and guests playing with staff

Approved Play Windows:

• Mon-Thu: Anytime Based on Availability
• Fri: After 3PM
• Sat-Sun: After 12:30pm

Play outside these windows: regular rates apply

Seasonal Policy:

• March 15 – Nov 15: Standard Employee Rates
• Nov 16 – Mar 14: No employee rate/regular rates apply

Tee Time Policy:

• Reserve up to 24 hours in advance for times on Fri – Sat. Reserve us to 72 hours in advance for times on Mon-Thur. Staff members must identify themselves as employees when booking tee times.
• If a guest secures the Tee Time and is the “captain”, they will pay the regular rate
• Walk-ups accommodated, as available.

Practice Facilities:

• Driving Range: Free for staff & immediate family (employee must be present)
• Guests of employees: Must Pay
• No range use before 12pm weekends/holidays, during shotgun starts

Employees cannot be the last group on the course; staff will notify if it’s time to finish
